He he, nice!
iPod’s relatives and old friends.

Funny stuff! I still have some tapes packed away somewhere.
“back in my day…” That’s hilarious π
I still have about 150 cassettes in boxes…mostly from the 80’s & early 90’s. I’ve gotten rid of quite a few. And I don’t own an ipod. I don’t know what to do with these tapes… most are from the days when dubbing was normal. One friend would get the latest album…and I would have it within a week. Passing albums around was tradition.
Now finding a tape player anywhere is starting to become a headache. The current generation of folks 13-25 see Cassettes the way that I saw 8 tracks back in the day. I’m almost 36. They’ll look at you like you’re crazy if you ask them about a tape player at a retail place…especially one of the big stores.
I hate getting old… so it’s interesting that you are glad about all this. lol
Good for you.
NPR had a thing about boomboxes a couple of weeks ago.
Memories.
I love these back in the day pics. I like the idea of how things have changed so much over the years. I am even happy that at 34 four I am finally starting to get gray hairs. Time is such an interesting and enjoyable thing.
