I could never figure out until recently why Dorothy was always my fav. on the Golden Girls. Now I know it’s because her personality and wit reminded me of my mother’s. The way she would “crack” on Rose and Blanche without “cracking” a smile was CLASSIC!!
I watched Maude a lot but to me she was most memorable from All in the Family fighting with the racist Archie Bunker. She’ll be missed.
